We are a charity reaching and empowering individuals through creative engagement, fostering community and a wider understanding surrounding mental health.
We are a creative community based in Lewisham since 1996, that use arts to improve wellbeing in a non-clinical, safe and social environment.
Our long-term membership programme is accessed via referral from a mental health professional but we also offer a vibrant public programme of events open to all in various locations throughout Lewisham and neighbouring boroughs. Alongside both self-led and structured creative sessions that include painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and mosaic photography, we provide exhibition opportunities for members, and have regular group trips to cultural venues and green spaces.
